WYCO offers a new generation of Hydraulic Concrete Paving Vibrators with heavy duty speed sensors embedded in the vibrator head assembly to accurately monitor each vibrator's operating speed (vpm's). The WYCO Square Head™ has long been recognized as the most effective in consolidating concrete, providing 50% or more consolidation within the first 5 to 10 seconds. The "Smart System" enables the operator to adjust and control each vibrator's speed independently during paving. This ensures a more uniform output and end product, while allowing continuous mechanical evaluation of the vibrator, eliminating unscheduled downtime and providing a complete data history of the pavement.
