Flow Turbines for Liquids from PCT

Premier Control Technology’s range of turbines can be used for a wide range of applications with many different types of liquids. The LX range of turbines are manufactured right here in the UK, they are built from Stainless Steel and offer a wide choice of threaded, flanged or tri-clamp process connections.

With threaded connections LX turbines are available from ½” up to 2” connections, offering a wide flow range of 2 – 20 LPM for ½” models, all the way through to 114 – 1140 LPM for 2” models,

Hygienic TRI Clamp connections are also available in ¾”, 1”, 1 ½” and 2” connections, for larger applications flanged connections are available for up to 4” line sizes with flow rates up to 4500 LPM!

The LX turbine offers excellent accuracy at +/- 0.5% of reading over the flow range with repeatability being +/- 0.15% of reading.

Each LX turbine comes with a standard variable reluctance coil giving a frequency output, we can also offer Intrinsically Safe pickups which conform to Atex Ex ia IIC T6 to T3

There is a vast array of electronic options also available with each LX turbine, we can offer amplifier boards, scalar boards or a 4 – 20 mA output

There are many display options as well, from battery powered flow and totalising displays to loop powered batch controllers.
