Flow Rate & Channel Calibration

• Typical channel variation is ~10% (standard in multichannel design).
• For applications requiring individual channel calibration, we offer specialised 4-channel pumps with independent control.
• For varied flow rates per channel, either different tubing sizes or a custom solution is required.

Tubing Compatibility

Our pumps support a wide range of interchangeable tubing materials, including:

• Viton – excellent chemical resistance (up to 1 bar).
• Santoprene – durable and flexible (up to 1 bar).
• PVC and others – for high-pressure applications (> 1 bar).

Because the tubing is the only wetted part, our pumps are suitable for highly aggressive fluids, offering a simple, reliable, and clean solution.
