Commonly solutions are required that include VCR® face seal fittings, high purity gases, corrosive gases, 316L stainless steel, industry specific bus protocols (such as EtherCat, Profibus, DeviceNet, EtherNet, etc) and a high EMC integrity due to the often co-located high energy sources.
