Equilibar – Back Pressure Regulators (IC & BD Series)
Technologies
Equilibar BPRs use a multi orifice diaphragm architecture piloted by a stable reference signal to deliver exceptionally fast, precise back pressure regulation. They maintain setpoint across very low to very high flow, manage two phase and viscous streams, and tolerate particulates better than traditional needle seat BPRs.
