The Intellectual industry group is perhaps the greatest recipient of product benefits as PCT follows the belief that “scientific research should not be limited by the limitations of fluid metrology being used to perform that research”. We therefore approach each new application with a blank piece of paper to ensure that the scientist obtains exactly what they need rather than a standard solution previously supplied to others. Most commonly this does not involve the design of new technology; it is more likely to be re-thinking the configuration of existing products with a novel approach based upon an understanding of actual needs. Perhaps a more straight forward way of explaining is to say “Whether un-ravelling the secrets of particle physics or creating the latest diamond coating for tools, scientists and engineers around the world are helping to make our lives better. We are dedicated to making their jobs easier”.
