Alicat Basis OEM Flow meter

OEM Mass flow controllers

Alicat OEM Basis mass flow controllers offer fast, accurate and repeatable mass flow control for OEM gas applications where a cheaper mass flow controller maybe required.

Instruments are available with selectable gases which include Air, Ar, CO2, N2, O2, N2O. Stand-alone gases for use with one gas only are also available for use with He or H2 applications.

The Basis is available with full scale flow rates to 100 SCCM, 1000 SCCM (1 SLPM), 20 SLPM or 50 SLPM. Talk to us if you have specific full scale flow requirements.

They feature Modbus RTU over RS-232 or RS-485 as well as a stand 0–5 VDC analog input / output signal, all through a DB9 male connection.

Alicat EP, EPC and EPCD pressure controllers

OEM Pressure controllers

The EP, EPC and EPCD pressure controllers by Alicat Scientific are ideal for OEM pressure applications whereby pressure needs to be sensed or controlled.

EP series of OEM pressure devices allows for a fast, reliable and repeatable pressure sensor offering a less than one second warm-up time and 30 ms response time.

EPC series of pressure controllers offer single valve pressure control to maintain precise control in your OEM application.

EPCD series of OEM controllers offer a dual valve configuration for precise OEM pressure control within closed or dead-ended systems.

All pressure controllers are available with both abolute of gauge pressure sensors.

Gauge full scale ranges include PSIG: 1, 5, 15, 30, 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 or 3000. Also available with 10 or 20 in H20.

Absolute full scale ranges include PSIA: 15, 30, 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 or 3000.

Control ranges are up to 500 PSIA or PSIG.

EPC OEM pressure devices feature Modbus RTU over RS-232 or RS-485 as well as a stand 0–5 VDC analog input / output signal.

EPC is also available with an optional IP66/67 rating.

Longer Pumps have an extensive range of OEM pumps and pump heads. All pumps are peristaltic pumps for non-fluid contacting fluid transfer.

Peristaltic pumps are available with a variety of options dependent on the OEM application.

OEM pumps available include the pump drive only which are available as variable speed drives, fixed speed drives or with a brushless DC motor.

OEM pumps are also available with a pump + pump head configuration which will accept fixed tubing sizes, generally ideal for smaller bored tubing.

OEM pumps with fixed pump speeds with various control options including analogue set point input and digital communications.

Flow rates available are from 22 ml/min up to 2400 ml/min.

Flow indicators and manual control

OEM Flow indicators and manual control

King Instruments pride themselves on producing the finest group of rotameters ever sold. Part of that grouping is being able to accommodate the low cost high volume market.

Their range of acrylic tube rotameters can be used with both liquid and gas processes. Whilst the design of the rotameter is fixed there are many options available around creating custom scales or dual scaled models when multiple fluids are used or process conditions change. Further customisation exists around how the meter is branded with unmarked or non-branded versions available as well as customised rotameters which feature an OEMs own logo and part number.

For high volume requirements specific port configurations, piping requirements as well as customised process connection threads can be considered.

Process connection materials of construction as standard are either PVC, brass of 316L stainless steel. O-ring materials available are EPR, Buna-N or Viton. These materials are also fully configurable for high volume requirements.

King offer the 7510 and 7511 series which are in-line rotameters for flow indication requirements. The King 7520 and 7530 series feature rear connections with optional control valve (in either brass or 316L stainless steel) for flow indications requirements which may also require manual flow control. Kings broader range of flow meters feature models which have 316L stainless steel, glass (Borosilicate) or polysulfone metering tubes for applications where acrylic metering tubes may not be suitable.

Dew Point

CS instruments FA 505 dew point sensor has been designed specifically for OEM applications. It features a small and compact design which is ideally suited to compact machines and drying systems.

CS Instruments own sensor design means that it is insensitive to condensation whilst offering fast response times and long term sensor stability.
