Alicat Flow and Pressure devices with Ethernet-based communication are now available with IP66 and IP67 ratings

Mass Flow Controllers and Meters with Ethernet-based communication are now available with the option of IP66 or IP67 certifications. As with all Alicat devices, IP66/IP67 instruments match the accuracy specification and measurement range. They are extremely configurable and can be built specific to handle your application.

IP66 and IP67 device options are:

• Certifications: cannot be rated for both IP66/67 and CSA/ATEX Class 1 Div 2
• Connector: 8-pin M12 for serial or dual 4-pin M12’s
• Communication: RS-232, RS-485, Modbus RTU over RS-232 or RS-485, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherCAT, or EtherNet/IP
• Compatibility: IP66/67 can be configured with all mass flow meters, mass flow controllers, pressure controllers and pressure transducers. However, IP67 is not available for liquid flow devices.
• Range: All ranges of Flow and Pressure. However, not recommended for devices with a flow rate lower than 50SCCM.
