Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 PA + Bonus (Based on individual and company performance)

What do we do?

We are a supplier of valves, flow, pressure and pumping equipment. We generally sell throughout the UK but export some items.

We are a growing company as such we're looking for new members of our team to help keep up with increasing workloads.

We are looking for someone who can both work by themselves and as part of a team.

What we are generally looking for:

• Confident and clear communication skills

• Passionate about our range of product and customer service

• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills

• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change

• Technical or engineering background required

• Experience within our industry

• Experience with our product range (Either mass flow instrumentation OR pumps + valves)

General duties will include:

• Dealing with initial enquiries.

• Providing quotations to customers/suppliers.

• Provide product knowledge to potential customers.

• Nurture customer relationships and go the extra mile

• Competent supplier knowledge

• Processing orders with customers and suppliers.

• Data Input.

• Make and receive telephone calls.

• Send and receive emails.

• Working with the business development manager(s) to contribute towards their sales plan.

Monday – Thursday 0830 – 1700
Friday 0830 – 1545 *One Friday a month leave at 1400
