What do we do?

We are a supplier of flow, pressure and pumping equipment as well as control valves.
We generally sell throughout the UK but export some items.

We are a growing company as such we're looking for a new member of our team to help keep up with increasing workloads.
We have recently moved to the Hethel Engineering Centre, check it out as it is a lovely place to work.

We are looking for someone who can both work by themselves and as part of a team.

What we are generally looking for:

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about our range of product and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
• Technical or engineering background would be beneficial

General duties will include:

• Dealing with initial enquiries.
• Working in collaboration with the external sales team, supporting them in providing quotations to customers/suppliers.
• Provide product knowledge to potential customers.
• Maintain, develop and build customer/supplier relationships.
• Processing orders with customers and suppliers.
• Data Input.
• Make and receive telephone calls.
• Send and receive emails.
• Support the service team during peak times and holiday cover.
• Support the movement of goods in and goods out.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
