July 2023 - Trainee Internal Customer Support Engineer
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,500 - £23,00 PA + Bonus (Based on individual and company performance)
We are a supplier of flow, pressure and pumping equipment. We generally sell throughout the UK but export some items.
We are a growing company as such we're looking for new members of our team to help keep up with increasing workloads.
We are looking for someone who can both work by themselves and as part of a team
Confident and clear communication skills
Passionate about our range of product and customer service
Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
Technical or engineering background would be beneficial
Dealing with initial enquiries.
Providing quotations to customers/suppliers.
Provide product knowledge to potential customers.
Maintain, develop and build customer/supplier relationships.
Processing orders with customers and suppliers.
Data Input.
Make and receive telephone calls.
Send and receive emails.
Support the service team during peak times and holiday cover.
Support the movement of goods in and goods out.

Friday 0830 – 1545 *One Friday a month leave at 1400
