CS Instruments VA 525 compact inline flow meter for compressed air and nitrogen has been designed for use when many machines or compressed air consumers have to be integrated together into an energy network. Devices can be networked together over Modbus RTU (RS 485) as standard or with optional Modbus TCP (Ethernet), PoE, M-Bus. 4 – 20 mA analogue outputs and pulsed outputs are also available.
VA 525 has been designed to have a compact size with a small footprint, ideal for installations with limited space. As no inlet or outlet straight length of pipe is required the compact inline flow meter can be installed wherever desired.
Devices are available from ¼” up to 2” BSPP with full scale flow rates from 105 LPM (litres per minute) up to 1195 m³/hr (metres cubed per hour).
Operating temperature range
From -20°c to +60°c.
Operating pressures
Up to 16 bar.
An optional pressure sensor is also available with the output available via the digital communication protocol.
