Rheonik RHE27 Coriolis Transmitter

The RHE27 is a rack/panel mounted transmitter that provides measurements for mass flow, volume, density and the temperature. Positive, negative and net totalisers are used for mass flow and volume.

The display is a backlit LCD screen that will change colour depending on whether the sensor is experiencing issues that could affect measurement accuracy. The front can be fitted with an optional lockable front cover that will increase the front protection rating to IP54 but as standard the RHE26 is IP20.

Input and Outputs

Up to two configurable digital control inputs are available with a 4-20mA input that is configurable for pressure or density. Two 4-20mA analogue outputs are available and have an uncertainty of 0.1% of their output. Another two digital outputs are available and two pulse frequency outputs that have a maximum of 10kHz.

Power

A 12-24 VDC power supply can be used which operates at 4W or a 100-240 VAC (48 to 64Hz) option that operates 5W.

Weight

The transmitter weighs 0.55kg and is 96x144x61/75mm.

Connections

The sensor can connect to PC running RHECom software via a USB port. Modbus RTU (RS485) data communication is also used with HART over an analogue output being an option.
