Rheonik RHM 15 Medium Coriolis Flow Meter

Accuracy

The Rheonik RHM15 is a midsize Coriolis mass flow sensor with a large flow measuring range of between 2Kg/min and 200Kg/min. The unique torsion oscillator design means it can provide mass flow uncertainty to 0.12% of reading.

Temperature and pressure ranges

Being able to operate under high pressure of up to 882 bar means it is able to be used for a variety of applications such as plant balance, mixing and general flow control. The RHM15 has a broad fluid temperature range allowing use between -196°C and 350°C.

Materials

The sensor enclosure is constructed from stainless steel and the transmitter is made from epoxy coated aluminium as standard. There is an available option to make both components out of 316 stainless steel.

Approvals

There is ATEX/IECEx approval for use of the RHM15 in zone 0,1,2 and North American approvals for Class 1, Div.1 and Groups ABCD. Enclosures are Protection class IP65 as standard however are able to be IP66/NEMA 4X if desired.

• Wetted materials that are available are 316ti, Alloy C22, Tantalum, Superduplex. Seals are made from PTFE.
• ATEX/IECEx approval for Zone 0, 1, 2. North American Approvals for Class I, div.1 and Groups ABCD. American Bureau of Shipping approval for use on marine vessels.
• RHM15’s are hydrotested and come with a calibration certificate when they have been calibrated.
