The RHM160 is designed for large flow applications being able to measure flow up to 30000kg/min and a minimum flow of 750kg/min.
Thick corrosive pipes mean that the RHM160 can be used for a range of applications including terminal transfer and cargo loading. A wide fluid temperature range of -196°C to 120°C
Precise measurements are given as the mass flow uncertainty is low at 0.15%. Measurements are consistent with repeatability being lower than 0.05%.
A long-lasting sensor life is guaranteed thanks to low mechanical stress on the sensor. The torsion oscillator design also has no moving parts to wear and fail meaning a durable meter.
The sensor enclosure is manufactured out of stainless steel as standard but can be made from 316 stainless steel. The terminal box can also be made from 316 stainless steel but comes as epoxy coated aluminium as standard.
The standard enclosure is protection class IP65 but can be upgraded to IP66/NEMA4X.
Wetted materials used in construction are 316Ti and Alloy C22.
Approvals have been given for use in zone 0, 1, 2 and there are North American approvals for class I, Div.1 and Groups ABCD.
