The Elster BK-G40, BK-G65 and BK-G100 are high quality industrial diaphragm gas meters for use with natural gas, town gas, propane, butane, air and inert gases. The industrial diaphragm gas meter BK-G40, BK-G65 and BK-G100 meet the highest demands with respect to accuracy of measurement and safety.
The stroke of the diaphragms is pneumatically stopped and therefore ensures both low bearing loads and a quiet operation.
The BK-G40 has been designed for use with flows from 0.4 m3/h to 65 m3/h.
The BK-G65 has been designed for use with flows from 0.65 m3/h to 100 m3/h.
The BK-G100 has been designed for use with flows from 1 m3/h to 160 m3/h.
Maximum operating pressure is 0.5 bar.
The synthetic diaphragm, moulded in stadium shape, and the measuring chambers used, ensure precise and stable measurement, including at minimum flow.
The diaphragm assembled and calibrated pneumatically, ensure a low load loss and minimum noise. The design, the materials and its components ensure the highest standard of quality of the device.
Mounting flange sizes are available in DN65, DN80 and DN100.
The BK-G40, BK-G65 and BK-G100 are all MID approved, as well as Fire resistant (HTB) up to 0.1 bar according to EN 1359.
Standard temperature ranges are from-10 °C to +40 °C.
The temperature compensation facility of the BK-G40T, BK-G65T and BK-G100T ensures via a bimetallic element that the stroke of the diaphragms is adapted to the current gas temperature.
Compatible with the IN-Z61 Low Frequency pulse output.
