Fusion Flow IMX Industrial Gas Mixers

The IMX industrial gas mixer can combine up to four channels with an accuracy of ±0.6% of the target mixture, ideal for the larger high-flow applications.

Flow rate

It offers a maximum flow rate of 3200 SLPM and has 49 pre-loaded gases including corrosive and refrigerant gases.

Operating and Response time

It is extremely durable and can operate continuously for 24 hours in industrial environments. A rapid response time of just 25ms prevents waste and keeps accuracy to a maximum. The minimum full-scale flow per channel is 50 SLPM.

System integration and connections

To easily integrate with existing systems the IMX has external RS-232 and 4-pin multifunctional ports. Seven membrane buttons on the TFT keypad provide intuitive control over the mixing and device parameters even when wearing gloves.

Temperature and Pressure ranges

The maximum operating temperature should be 60°C (140°F) with a minimum of -10°C (14°F). Maximum Inlet pressures of up to 145 PSIG.
