Fusion Flow MXM Precision Gas Mixers

The MXM precision gas mixer can operate a maximum of 10 channels to blend several gases at very high accuracy.

Flow rates

It can mix at flow rates of up to 50,000 SLPM down to just 200 SCCM. Both corrosive and refrigerant gases can be used inside the system.

Accuracy and Response time

Gases can be mixed to an accuracy of ±0.6% of the inputted mix percentage with a total of 49 gases already stored on the system. A control response time of just 25ms provides maximum accuracy and reduces waste.

Description

The MXM can be accessed remotely from a desktop or mobile device web browser. Data can be stored in various ways including in the 12GB of internal storage or onto cloud databases.

Three different variations can be ordered:

• a turn-key that features 6 MFCs that are pre-installed into the chassis for a gas mixing lamp in a box
• a standalone device that holds the maximum 10 units to be externally fitted for easy integration
• and finally a rack mounted unit that is the standalone unit but optimised for rack mounted instrument panels

A 10.1” touchscreen interface is fitted into the heavy gauge steel frame of the mixer.
