Responsive gas flow control for high-pressure applications

Alicat MCQ and MCRQ series of mass flow controllers are for higher pressure applications where the line pressure is typically 160 to 320 psia (11 - 22 bara).

The mass flow controller can be used as a standalone controller with the use of local display and push button keypad. The local display allows the user to see all flow data visible on one screen (mass flow, volumetric flow, absolute pressure, temperature) as well as control the flow or pressure of the gas.

The push button setup allows for easy change of the control set point with typical response times of 100 ms, though this is fully adjustable.

Instruments ship as standard with an analogue output (choice of 0-5, 1-5, 0-10 Vdc or 4-20 mA) and RS-232 digital communications, optional communications include Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, DeviceNet, Profibus or Modbus (RTU and TCP/IP).
