Alicat Battery Pack accessory

For Alicat mass flow meters, liquid flow meters and pressure gauges which are fitted with the standard 0-5Vdc analog signal and 8 pin mini DIN communications option (not compatible with the industrial or D-sub connectors) there is the availability of a battery pack.

Featuring a on/off rocker switch it reproduces the standard female 9 pin mini DIN connector via internal pass through circuitry. Running times are typically 8 hours using a 9V alkaline battery with a monochrome display or 2.5hours using a 9V lithium battery with a backlit colour TFT display.

Installing the battery packs requires a quick modification to replace the existing top of your device and then the connection of the pack is via internal captive screws (Allen key provided). However, once fitted the device cannot access the barrel style power connector.

Most Alicat flow meters and pressure gauges can be fitted with battery packs.
