The Micro-Flo digital paddlewheel flow sensor is designed for low flow applications to provide precise and fast measurements. A flow rate measurement range of 0.03LPM (30 ml/m) to 7LPM (7000ml/m) making it ideal for applications within the municipal industry for chemical additives.

Operating pressure and temperatures

Maximum fluid temperatures that can be put through the sensor are 93°C (200°F) and it can operate under a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (150psig). Reliable measurements are given by the light beam sensor which measures at ±6% full-scale accuracy.

Materials

The body is manufactured using PVC, PVDF and Polypropylene with a range of pipe sizes from 1/8" up to ½". The Micro-Flo can be installed directly onto many injector pumps including the peristaltic pump and the diaphragm pump.

A 3-wire shielded output cable gives a 5VDC digital signal as there is no display on the sensor. Inputted power should be 9-28 VDC but AC/DC transformers are available. The enclosure is NEMA 4X (IP65) and is constructed from weather resistant Valoxs PBT.
