King Instruments 7480 Series Rotameter

The King 7480 series rotameter is available with either threaded or flanged connections with either a vertical or horizontal mount. Featuring a Kinglass Borosilicate metering tube with 316L stainless steel internal components as standard and optional Hastelloy® C-276. The rotameter is housed in a 304 stainless steel case with Polycarbonate shield.

ANSI flanged connections are available with either a 150# or 300# rating from ½” to 1 ½” all in 316L stainless steel. The ¾” to 1 ½” FNPT process connections are available in either 316L stainless steel or PVC.

EPR O-Rings are standard with optional: Buna N, Viton® or Kalrez®, all flowmeters feature a 250mm / 10” direct reading, detachable flow scale.

All models have a 10:1 turndown ratio with 0.5 % repeatability, with excellent class accuracy of ± 2% of full scale flow.

Maximum temperatures are up to 93° C with 316L stainless steel fitting and and 43° C with PVC fittings. Operating pressures available up to 17 bar.

Liquid models are available with full scale flows from 1 litres per minute to 500 LPM.
Gas models are available with full scale flows from 1 standard cubic feet per minute to 350 SCFM.

Scales are available in any volumetric unit, a latching reed switch alarm is available to.
