Blue-White S6A Digital Ultrasonic Flow Meter

The S6A is an ultrasonic flow meter designed for use in chemical feed. It can be pre-calibrated for chemicals like Aqueous ammonia 10%, water and many others.

Custom calibrations can also be done for those that are not standard.

Flow rates

It can operate in low and high flow applications with a minimum measurement for flow being just 10 ml/min and a maximum of up to 10,000 ml/min. Pipe sizes are all ½" but are barb, M/NPT or slip on connections.

Outputs

Two data outputs are available a fully configurable isolated 4-20mA output and a 0-1,000Hz pulse output that is also fully configurable. It can also be USB-C connected to a computer and a power in of 5VDC at a maximum of 5W usage.

Temperature and Pressure ranges

The meter should be used in an operating temperature of between 14 and 40°C (14-104°F) in a humidity of between 0% and 90%. It should be stored in temperatures between –40 and 70°C. Pressure during use should also not exceed 13.78 bar (200psi).

Materials

The body is manufactured using PVDF with a PEEK transducer. O-Rings come as standard as TFE/P but can be optionally EP. The enclosure is NEMA 4X (IP66) polycarbonate, ss hardware.
