Lake H Series High Temperature Variable Area Flow Meter for Liquids

The High Temperature variable area H series flowmeters from Lake Monitors is designed to work in restricted as well as easy installations.

The variable area annular orifice and magnetically coupled indicator and piston ensure repeatable performance without the need for long pipe runs.

As with the Basic series there are 3 material options, Aluminium, Brass, and 303 Stainless steel ensuring compatibility with most fluids and gasses.

Maximum operating pressures are 410 bar (6000 PSIG) with excellent repeatability and viscosity stability. Wetted parts options include stainless piston and spring assemblies and FKM and PTFE seals. The clear glass window is manufactured from Pyrex.

The high temperature flowmeters offer flow ranges of 0.2 Litres per Minute for the smallest meters up to 560 LPM for the larger meters.

The High Temperature flow meter will achieve a class leading 204⁰C maximum operating temperature.

The High Temperature series has 3 thread options SAE, NPT, BSP and port sizes include: ¼”, 3/8”, ½”, ¾”, 1”, 1 ¼”, 1 ½” and 2” resulting in 24 different port options!

Each meter is individually calibrated to meet an accuracy of +/- 2.5% of full scale. Users have the option of traceable NIST calibration certification.
