Alicat PCS and PCRS series of pressure controller have been designed for aggressive applications as they feature all 316L stainless steel wetted parts and FFKM seals. They can maintain precise control in your absolute, gauge of differential pressure liquid or gas applications.
They can withstand aggressive gases such as NH3, H2S and SiH4. PCS and PCRS pressure controllers can be configured for either a vacuum pressure or back pressure control.
The PCS and PCRS series pressure controllers are repeatable and accurate with calibrations up to ±0.125% of full scale accuracy.
PCS series pressure controllers have a 1/8” NPT female connection and are typically suited to low flow pressure applications, whilst PCRS controllers feature a ¾” NPTF connection and are for applications where the flow rate exceeds 20 LPM.
Every Alicat device has a 200:1 turndown ratio with many standard pressure ranges available, standard pressure units include PSIA, PSIG, mmHG, inHG, inH2O, mBar, Atm, Torr and kPa.
The digital pressure controller from Alicat features a local LCD screen and push button user interface to change process variables. A colour TFT display is also an option to. RS-232 communications are standard as well as an analogue output signal such as 0 – 5 VDC. Modbus-RTU, available over RS-232 or RS-485 and PROFIBUS protocols are also available.
Every Alicat pressure controller is backed by the manufacturers limited life time warranty and ships with a NIST traceable calibration certificate.
