PCT hold stock of analogue pressure gauges, we can also build to order your pressure gauge requirements whether this be for an analogue or digital gauge.

We hold in stock a wide selection of vacuum and standard pressure ranges with BSP or NPT process connections. Our gauges are manufactured from a minimum of 304 stainless steel case with 316 stainless internals and process connections. Gauges can be built with bottom or back entry, 63mm pressure gauges, 100mm pressure gauges and 160mm pressure gauges are all available.

Diaphragm seals and gauges

Diaphragm seal pressure gauges are required in applications where there is the possibility of contamination of the gauge or transmitter from contaminants such as suspended solids in the media or where corrosive liquids or gases are present. The system fill fluid used to transmit the pressure from the diaphragm to the instrument will be selected to best suit the application. Our chemical seal pressure gauges can be manufactured from a range of materials and can be fitted to the pressure gauge, pressure transmitter or pressure switches. The seals can be directly mounted to the instrument or via a capillary for remote mounting.

Industry standard process connections and many non-standard process connections can be accommodated. Our analogue chemical seal gauges are available in 63mm gauge diameter, 100mm diameter and 160mm dial sizes. Our digital versions are available as 100mm dial size.

Hygienic seals and gauges

Hygienic seals are designed so that they have flush diaphragms to minimise the risk of harbourages and thus reduce potential sources of contamination. The system fill fluid used to transmit the pressure from the diaphragm to the gauge head is FDA approved to protect in the event of seal damage. We have many gauges available for your flush diaphragm pressure gauge requirements.

Our hygienic seals are manufactured entirely from 316L stainless steel and can be fitted to pressure gauges or pressure transmitters. The seals can be directly mounted to the gauge or via a capillary for remote mounting.

Industry standard Tri-clover, RJT, IDF,SMS or Din connections from 25mm to 100mm diameter can be supplied. Our analogue hygienic seal pressure gauges are available in 63mm, 100mm and 160mm dial sizes. Our digital versions are available as 100mm dial size.
