092 series from Drastar is a ½” NPT single stage low pressure reducing regulator designed for high flow applications, with a cV of 1.0.
Drastar’s patented “push and lock type handle” allows easy and stable operation of the low pressure, high flow pressure reducing regulator. “Locking” the pressure is easily done by pushing down the handle and this will prevent any slight change of the pre-set pressure value, typically from vibration on the gas line or ambient changes. Unlocking by pulling back the handle allows the user to make adjustments to the pressure set point.
Inlet pressures available are either 3000psig (210bar) or 600psig (42bar) with the outlet pressures available as either 25pisg (1.7bar), 50psig (3.5bar), 100psig (7bar), 250psig(17 bar) or 500psig (35bar).
The 092 series is available with either a 2-port, 3-port or 4-port configuration.
The body material available as 316L stainless steel in standard guise. Optional body materials include Monel 400, duplex stainless steel F51 or Hastelloy C276.
Diaphragm material is 316L stainles steel with the option of Hastelloy-C.
