Two-stage Low Pressure Reducing Regulator

Series 2000 pressure regulators from Drastar are a two stage, low pressure reducing regulator designed for use with high pressure gas cylinders.

Inlet and Outlet pressures

The two stage pressure regulator is for use with a standard 210 bar (3000 PSI) inlet pressure.

The outlet pressure range can be controlled to:

• 0.1 - 2 bar (1 - 29 PSIG)
• 0.1 - 5 bar (1 - 75 PSIG)
• 0.1 - 10 bar (1 - 145 PSIG)
• 0.1 - 20 bar (1 - 290 PSIG)

Series 2000 has a ¼” NPT process port, the standard flow capacity has a Cv value of 0.06 with an optional high flow model with a Cv value of 0.2.

Drastar’s regulators are oil-free, with all pressure regulators being assembled, cleaned, inspected, and packed in clean-rooms equipped with clean bench, helium detector, particle counter, ultrasonic cleaner, ultrapure water system, vacuum packaging machine.

Drastar’s patented “push and lock type handle” allows easy and stable operation of the low pressure, high flow pressure reducing regulator. “Locking” the pressure is easily done by pushing down the handle and this will prevent any slight change of the pre-set pressure value, typically from vibration on the gas line or ambient changes. Unlocking by pulling back the handle allows the user to make adjustments to the pressure set point.
