Drastar DR110 Series

Single-stage High Flow Pressure Reducing Regulator

Drastar’s DR110 series is a single stage high flow pressure reducing regulator available with either ½”, ¾” or 1” BSP or NPT connections with a Cv value of 5.0.

Inlet and Outlet pressures

DR110 series can be used with inlet pressures of up to 42, 150 or 250 bar (600, 2200, 3600 PSI) with full scale outlet pressures either being 2, 4, 7, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 150 bar (29, 58, 100, 145, 290, 435, 580, 725, 1450, 2175 PSI).

DR110 set point control can either be with the control knob or a bolt.

Body materials

Body materials are 316L stainless steel for 250 bar pressure ratings or brass for lower pressure ratings.

Drastar’s regulators are oil-free, with all pressure regulators being assembled, cleaned, inspected, and packed in clean-rooms equipped with clean bench, helium detector, particle counter, ultrasonic cleaner, ultrapure water system, vacuum packaging machine.
