Manifolds Diaphragm and Bellow Valve

Drastar DVS series is a manifolds diaphragm and bellow valve. The core calve is an advanced concept of valve that Drastar developed for the ultra-high purity and specialty gas markets.

It is extensively used in the semiconductor manufacturing line, bulk gas line and other facility lines. Core valves have integrated and improved all the merits of a diaphragm valve, bellows valve and needle valve to work best (Drastar Patent #10-1510987). Specifications of the DVS series include:

• Surface finishes to AP or B.A. 25Ra E.P. 10Ra or 5Ra
• Improved for micro and precise adjustment
• Pull and lock device (Drastar’s patent #10-1370537) prevents the knob from self-turning
• Easy operation
• Available in ¼”, ½” or ¾” port sizes with Cv values of 0.4, 1.2 and 2.8 respectively
• PCTFE / Vespel Seat Material
• 316L stainless steel or 316L double melt stainless steel body materials
• Maximum working pressures of 20, 40, 250, 500 or 700 bar
• metal face‑seal (male and female), Tube butt weld, Lok or NPT process connections
