Peristaltic Y Elements and Legs

The peristaltic pump legs and double Y elements are custom made to fit the required application. Multiple tubing materials are available including platinum-cured silicone, FEP and PVDF.

Manufacturing is completed in an ISO 7 clean room where finished products are flow tested and integrity tested. Technicians wear full body garments to ISO 5 which exceeds the ISO 7 requirements.

Leakage potential is severely reduced thanks to the possibility for tubing to be molded to 0.5mm ID. Gamma sterilization is an option which also means that finished tubing is tripled bagged compared to other non-sterile which are double bagged.

Specifically designed to seamlessly integrate into the fill/finish step of your process. One notable advantage is that we can do molding down to 0.5mm ID silicone tubing. This feature eliminates the risk of leakage commonly associated with cable-tied and barbed connection points. Consequently, it becomes the ideal choice for peristaltic dispensing tubing.
