The dPOPFLEX PFS Peristaltic Pump Filling System combines four individual filling units into one filling system.

Precise low volume filling

A focus on precise low volume filling allows the PFS to fill to a minimum of 30uL at an accuracy of better than ±1%. Two pump heads are available to be installed, the Microliter which is capable of a flow rate of up to 2mL/s and the Millilitre which can produce a maximum flow rate of 16mL/s.

Optional high resolution 7” touch screen

An optional separate 7” touch control screen can control the operations of 8 PFS filling systems allowing up to 32 channels that can run the same or individual parameters. Up to 500 recipes can be stored on the controller and processes can easily be recalled. Three levels of user access can be stored with each user being able to set an exclusive password. This combined with an operation log, electronic signature and batch reports means that it is complaint with GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. 800 batch reports can be stored and either directly printed or exported via a USB.

Power supply and connectors

The system should be operated in temperatures between 5-40°C in an environment without condensation and humidity of less than 85%. An AC 100V- 240V, 50/60Hz power supplies is required which can deliver 250W. IP rating is to IP32.

Communication between the controller and the filling system is done via RS485 interface using Modbus RTU protocol. The PFS also has the option to control via the Ethernet TCP/IP protocol.
