The Longer PFU peristaltic pump filling system is designed to provide highly accurate micro filling in the aim to reduce overfilling. Micro volumes to as low as 30uL can be filled to an accuracy of better than ±1% preventing additional costs from overfilling.

It can be fitted with two pump heads the Microliter Pump Head PFH01 or the Millilitre Pump Head PFH02. The Microliter (PFH01) has a maximum filling volume of 2mL/s whilst the millilitre (PFH02) pump has a maximum of 16mL/s.
An optional 7” high resolution touch screen offers an interactive graphic interface allowing for an easy to maintain filling system. The system provides easy recall of 500 recipes and holds three levels of user, operation log, electronic signature as well as a batch report for GMP and FDA21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
The PFU can be integrated into both a semi-automatic or fully automated system as well as an independent benchtop filling system. Up to 8 individual channels can be controlled through a master controller which can be set with same or individual parameters.
Communication between the controller and the filling system is done via RS485 interface using Modbus RTU protocol. A 100V-240V, 50/60Hz power supply is required to operate the PFU with a power rating of 60W. The device should be operated in temperatures between 5 and 40°C and stored or transported between -40 and 70°C.
