The Longer 80 series fixed speed OEM peristaltic pump can be fitted with a choice of two motors providing a maximum flow rate of up to 2163ml/min.

The motor can either be an 80DC gear motor for use with 12 or 24 VDC power supplies, or an 80AC gear motor for use with a 220 VAC power supply, both 40 watts maximum.

Expected motor life on the 80DC gear motor is approximately 2000 hours whilst for the 80AC gear motor is approximately 5000 hours.

The motor should be operated in a relative humidity of under 80% and used in an environment that is between 0 and 40°C. The motor also provides a low speed tolerance of under 10% and is capable of being fitted to a variety of pump heads.

The 80 series OEM peristaltic pump head can be used with a wide range of Longer pump heads offering low, medium or higher fluid flow rates.
