The T100, T300 and T600 series from Longer pumps are variable speed peristaltic pumps designed for OEM’s. Designed for installation either within in a panel or on a soleplate, the pump can be fitted with a large range of the Longer peristaltic pump heads, allowing for a wide range of flow rates to be achieved. Maximum flow rates can vary from as little as 22 mL/min up to 2400 mL/min, dependant on the pump model (100, 300 or 600 RPM), pump head and tubing selected.

Pump speed resolution is as little as 0.1 RPM for 100 RPM models, increasing to 1 RPM for 300 and 600 RPM models.

Pump speed, direction control and start / stop control is all controlled via an external signal which can be either 4 – 20 mA, 0 - 5 VDC, 0 – 10 VDC or 0 – 10 kHz.

RS485 digital communications is also available, using the Modbus protocol.

Alternatively a local switch is able to set a percentage of full scale control if no set point input signal is required.
