The BPH01 is a peristaltic pump head featuring the popular flip-top tubing design, making it an ideal choice for bioreactor units, IVD applications, and medical devices. Its compact four-roller mechanism ensures low pulsation for smooth and consistent flow.
Flow rate can be adjusted by varying the pump's RPM or by changing the tubing size, with flow rates ranging from virtually zero (depending on the motor controller) up to a maximum of 530 ml/min.
The pump head is available with either a DC motor or a stepper motor, depending on the requirements of your application.
Designed for high-pressure performance, it includes a spring-loaded track that maintains consistent pressure on the tubing. A visibility window allows operators to easily monitor rotor rotation at any time.
Custom colours are available upon request.
