PFH01 pump head

The PFH01 precise filling pump head has been designed to fulfil microlitre dispensing and filling applications. Working with a range of tubing with internal diameters (ID) from 0.5mm to 3.2mm the pump head is capable of offering maximum flow rates of 7 ml/min for smaller bored tubing, and flow rates up to 159 ml/min for larger bored tubing, across six different tubing sizes.

Dependant on the tube size the PFH01 pump head is recommended for filling volumes of 30 / 42 / 90 / 132 / 400 or 760 microlitres (uL).

PFH02 pump head

The larger PFH02 peristaltic pump head is designed for millilitre dispensing or filling applications. Across the seven tube sizes the pump head is cable of filling volumes of 0.2 / 0.4 / 0.5 / 0.8 / 1.16 / 2.15 or 3 millilitres (mL). With tubing IDs ranging from 0.6mm through to 4.8mm the maximum flow rate the pump head is able to achieve is from 27 ml/min for smaller bored tubing up to 1178 ml/min for larger bore tubing.
