Compact Stepper Motor Peristaltic Pumps for OEM Integration

Our T100 and T400 series peristaltic pumps are engineered for precise fluid control in demanding OEM environments. Featuring a compact design and integrated stepper motor driver, these units are ideal for space-sensitive applications where reliable performance and flexible control are essential.

Flow rates

The T100 series offers a speed range of 0–100 rpm, while the T400 series extends up to 400 rpm, both with high-resolution control down to 0.01 rpm via Modbus RTU. For advanced integration, both models also support the Longer OEM protocol, providing enhanced flexibility for custom control schemes.

Communications

Communication is handled through an RS485 interface, supporting baud rates from 1200 to 115200 bps, with addressable support for up to 32 devices. Control functions include start/stop, direction change, speed adjustment, and full-speed priming—configurable for custom startup behavior.

Power

Both series operate on a DC24V power supply (8W for T100, 12W for T400) and output DC5V at 10mA.

Pump head options

Multiple pump head options are available, including BPH01, KZ10/KZ15, WX10-14, and JY15-12, offering versatile flow configurations and easy integration into your system.

Mounting and operating temperature

All models are designed for panel mounting and operate reliably in temperatures from 0–40°C, with relative humidity under 80%.
