Materials and operating process
dPOFLEX is available in either a cast aluminium or 304 stainless steel enclosure, both offering an IP 66 rating making it ideal for use within the research and development lab, upstream or downstream processing or with finished product.
dPOFLEX has a host of available sensors with the fluid leakage sensor and open head sensor designed to reduce waste and contamination risk whilst providing an alarmed output. The optional flow rate sensor can ensure pump delivery flow rates are being met.
Three level user authority management which allows for electronic signature and audit trail functions meets FDA 21CFR Part 11 and GMP lab requirements for process quality management and batch recording. 90 days worth of operation history can be held on the dPOFLEX locally and is fully exportable from the pump via the 4.3" colour touchscreen display.
Modbus RTU (RS485) is the standard communications protocol on dPOFLEX with optional Industrial Ethernet or Profibus DP.
dPOFLEX has been built in conjunction with Longer's DPOFLEX industrial pump heads; the GPH and LPH.
GPH models are for higher flow rates up to 17 LPM, with the LPH pump head offering a low pulsation for high flow rate accuracy.
The dPOFLEX industrial pump has two main work modes with the flow rate mode allowing flow ranges from 1.1 ml/min up to 17 LPM.
Dispensing mode allows the pump to configure volumes from as little as 1.0 mL up to 274.9 litres, dispensing cycles and times are fully configurable.
