Longer G300-2J G600-1J-1 Industrial Peristaltic Pump

The G300-2J and G600-1J-1 series of industrial peristaltic pump from Longer pumps have an anti-corrosive coated aluminium alloy housing making them ideal for use within harsher environments. The IP65 rating also allows for the pump to be used in wet and dusty environments.

The G300-2J pumps can operate at speeds of up to 300 RPM, with the G600-1J-1 capable of 600 RPM pumps speeds, all with a 1 RPM speed resolution. For lower pump speeds please see our G100-2J industrial pump.

The local display and keypad allows for easy control of the pump, functions include speed increase and decrease as well as direction of flow.

The pump can also be controlled via external signals such as 0- 5 VDC, 0 – 10 VDC, 4 – 20 mA or 0 – 10 kHz.

The RS485 communication or Modbus protocol can also control the pump as well as Longers own protocol.

Dependant on the pump head model selected the pump will allow full scale flow rates from as little as 4 mL / min up to 3000ml mL / min.
