The GD Dispensing Pump series (G200-1B, GD400-1B, GD650-1B) are a set of peristaltic pump drives that offer a range of flow rates from a single channel, from 90 mL/min up to 3250 mL/min (pump drive dependant).

There are three variations in the series with a range of maximum rpm from 200 to 400 then up to 650.

Working modes

The dispensing pumps include three work modes:

Continuous mode: displays the pump speed or flow rate
Time mode: supports repeatable time based dispensing
Volume mode: supports repeatable volume based dispensing

Controls and Display

The display offers three clearly differentiated operating states: continuous flow, timed dispensing, and volumetric dispensing modes.
A responsive touchscreen interface paired with tactile control buttons provides intuitive and dependable system operation.
Built-in voice command capability enables convenient hands-free operation when required.

Quiet operation

Noise levels are below 55 dBA even at maximum speed.

Accuracy

High speed accuracy of ±0.1% even at an ultra-low speed of 0.01rpm.
