Longer WT600-1F Dispensing Peristaltic Pump

Precise Volume Dispensing with Full Programmability

The WT600-1F series of dispensing peristaltic pump from Longer Pumps allows a pre-determined volume to be programmed directly via the local display and keypad.

Dispensing volumes can range from 0.01 mL up to 99.9 litres. Users can also define a copy number (1 to 9999, or 0 for unlimited cycles) and set a pause time between dispenses from 0.1 seconds to 99.9 minutes, adjustable in 0.1s increments.

A back suction time is also programmable, from 0 to 99.9 seconds with 0.1s resolution, offering precise control over droplet and fluid retention.

High-Performance Flow Rates and Flexible Pump Head Options

Designed for higher-flow dispensing and transfer applications, the WT600-1F operates from 10 to 600 RPM, adjustable in 1 RPM increments.

Depending on the pump head and tubing selected, it can deliver up to 6000 mL/min per channel. Compatible options include the YZ1515X, YZII15, YZ2515X, YZII25, DG15-24, DMD15-13 and KZ25 pump heads. The maximum 6000 mL/min flow rate is achieved using the KZ25 with suitable tubing.

For multi-channel applications, the drive can accommodate up to three suitable pump heads. For example, three YZ1515X or YZII15 heads can provide a combined flow rate of up to 6600 mL/min—2200 mL/min through each channel.

Advanced Control Options and Integration Capabilities

The WT600-1F can be seamlessly integrated into automated systems. It supports external control signals including 0–5 VDC, 0–10 VDC, 4–20 mA, and 0–10 kHz.

For more advanced setups, it also features RS485 communication protocol for digital control.

Pump direction and start/stop status can be monitored or triggered via an OC gate signal output, making it ideal for system integration.
