FMI Q3 Series Pump Head

The Q3 series are a selection of pump head modules that offer a maximum dispense resolution of 1.28ml/rev down to a minimum of 0.064ml/rev. To ensure broad fluid compatibility, a range of materials are available during construction to make an inert and corrosion resistant fluid path.

316 Stainless steel, carbon, ceramic, ETFE and PVDF are used and the different models correspond to the different materials used to make the piston, cylinder lining and cylinder case (see the features summary below). All models have the optional extra of a flush port/wash gland.

The maximum fluid temperature to be used inside the pump head is 177°C but this can change depending on the version. Maximum operating pressure for all 3 of the Q3 series is 25psig (1.7 bar). Pump heads can also be easily swapped onto many different pump drives for a change in flow rate or application.
