Description

The Duplex precision mixing pump is a dual head pump design connected to single variable stepper motor drive. Each pump head has an independently adjustable displacement and the range of pump heads can adjust the dispensing ratio from 1:1 up to 500:1. It is ideal for OEM medical and life science markets thanks to the highly customisable nature of the pump.

A multifunctional design leads to the duplex mixer being able to dispense for two separate process or in a ratio mixing scenario. Either 17” or 23” stepper motors are used with a range of materials inside the pump fluid path for a variety of media. It can be integrated into a separate stepper controller and requires 2-2.4 Amps.

Flow rate and operating pressure

Depending on the selected pump heads, the motor speed can range from 5-1000 rpm with a flow rate as low 0.025ml/min up to 2.56L/min. The operating pressure range of the pump is between 0 and 100 psig (0 to 6.89 bar).
