FMI QB Series Direct Current Pump

The QB series of direct current pump consists of three pump drive modules that are the QB, QB4 and the QB5. The difference between the models is the power input required with the QB needing 12 VDC @ 4A (rated 8 VDC), the QB4 needs 24VDC @ 3A (rated 13 VDC) and the QB5 requires 90VDC @ 0.41A.

Materials

Ideal for remote and mobile applications, all QB series modules have a speed of 1800rpm. There are no valves to clog or hang up as there is only a singular moving part – the piston. This leads to drift free performance for maximum accuracy. Ceramic and fluorocarbon are used as standard as the wetted materials.

Flow rate and Dispensing resolutions

Dependent on the pump head which is paired with the QB series direct current pump then a minimum flow rate of 5.4 ml/min up to 2304 ml/min can be supplied. Dispense resolutions are in the range of 0.0003 ml/min up to 1.28 ml / rev.

Temperature and Pressure

Pressure ratings are up to 6.9 bar and fluid temperature ratings are up to 177 °C dependant on pump head selection.
