FMI QBLDC400 Series Direct Current Pump

The QBLDC400 series from Fluid Metering Inc is a BLDC motor operated pump that has a maximum pump speed of 400rpm. It is ideal for use within industrial or general laboratory applications.

The motor is a fan cooled and thermally protected ball bearing gear motor which leads to a long usable life with minimal maintenance. Pump heads are easy to remove for cleaning or changing to suit the application.

To prevent damage to the pump, pressure should not exceed 75psig (5 bar) and the environmental temperature should be between –20 and 85°C. The pump is UL and CE approved as well as being RoHS compliant and IP20 rated.

Flow rate

Flow rate generated from the pump can be between 1.2 and 512 mL/min dependant on the exact model.

Dispensing resolution

Dispensing resolution will vary dependant on model between 0.003 and 1.28 ml/rev.

Materials

Ceramic and fluorocarbon are the standard wetted materials inside the fluid path. The CeramPump valveless piston design means that there is only one moving part inside the path which reduces wear inside the pump. It is fitted with a multi-position stand to mount on a counter or a wall.
