The QBLDC55 Series from Fluid Metering Inc is an industrial pump that features a thermally protected ball bearing gear BLDC motor. There is only a single moving part from the valveless CeramPump piston design which helps to improve reliability and reduce wear.

Flow rate and dispensing resolution

Various models exist within the QBLDC55 Series which allow minimum flow rates from 0.165 ml / min up to a maximum of 70.4 ml/min. Dispense resolutions can be as little as 0.003 ml/min and as much as 1.28 ml/rev. Talk to us today about your specific application or fluid dispensing requirements.

Temperature and pressure

To ensure optimal accuracy, the environmental temperature around the pump should be between –20 and 85°C. Fluid temperatures may vary dependent on model up to a maximum of 176 °C.

Pressure rating vary dependent on model but may be as much as 7 bar.

Materials

An IP rating of IP20 has been given to the pump and it is also UL and CE approved.

A multi-position stand is fitted to mount the pump on walls or counters and other pump heads can be fitted for use in a wider range of applications. The wetted materials that are used in the fluid path are ceramic and fluorocarbon.
