Description

The FSF Smooth Flow algorithm provides the optimal motion profile which reduces the effects of pulsations and leads to a drastic improvement in stability. The dispensing phase is lengthened and the same pump can deliver a smoother flow with a duty cycle up to 95% with no hardware changes.

Standard motors provide large pulsations that result in very high peaks in the flow rate which reduces the stability and accuracy of the pump. Typically, these peaks can be as high as 250% of the flow rate but when combined with the FSF algorithm this greatly reduces the peaks to as little as 30%.
