Description

The Sub-1 Ultra-low volume pump offers extremely precise sub microliter dispensing with a minimum flow rate of 0.005ml/min. It is ideal for medical diagnostic equipment as well as biomedical and analytical instruments. Typical stroke to stroke precision is better than or equal to 1% due to the low dead volume pump head that ensures maximum bubble clearing.

Operating pressure and temperatures

A precision stepper motor provides power to the pump and is set in clockwise rotation. It is a NEMA Size 17 frame capable of dispensing at 0.001ml per revolution. Operation temperature range is between -20°C and 50°C while the pressure rating should not exceed 100 psig (6.89 bar).

Materials

The valveless pump technology allows for longer lasting lifespan as well as the sapphire-hard stable ceramic components. Other wetted parts include PVDF, ETFE, FKM and FFKM with minimal fluid path restrictions to enable multiple fluid media. Adjustable bushings allow for easy to complete flow rate changes with the upper bushing adjusting by ±25µL while the lower bushing provides more acute changes at only ±6µL.
