Longers dLSP 501S and dLSP 501L are digital split-type syringe pumps which feature a remote pump drive unit with compact structure and small footprint, making it ideal for hand-held or clamping devices.

High precision and pulseless delivery allows for small liquid volume transfer and handling.

Digital display and Working Modes

The 7 inch high-definition LCD touchscreen, easily constructs a multi-function system with up to 4 drive units (channels), each drive unit may have independent parameters.

  • Infusion/ withdrawal
  • Withdrawal/ infusion
  • Fully programmable modes for a wide variety of processes and applications

Computer control for each channel unit

There is also full PLC or computer control for multiple groups of drive units. Each group may conisit of up to 8 drive units (channels). Control of groups and channels is through RS485/ Modbus RTU.
Each channel unit can be controlled independently with individual parameters.

Parameters can be saved as a method, which can be stored on the controller and imported/exported to a USB flash drive, simplifying the parameter configuration and facilitating parameter sharing between different drive units.

Powerful features, including the lock screen function, three-level access management with password protection, log recording, and electronic signatures, ensure the safety, accuracy, and compliance of operations.

Syringe sizes

dLSP 501S is for use with syringes from 0.5 uL – 250 uL where as the dLSP 501L maybe used with syringes up to 1000 uL.
